The BlockchainED project (BED) develops innovative and practice-oriented educational approaches to equip adult learners as well as adult educators with a solid understanding of blockchain technology. Its goal is to strengthen knowledge of the opportunities and limitations of blockchain in business, education, and society.

Objectives

The BlockchainED project promotes several objectives with the target groups of adult learners and adult educators: 

  • Promote digital literacy in the field of blockchain
  • Develop a practical eManual for adult educators
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and national “BlockchainED Camps”
  • Raise awareness for the responsible use of blockchain in business and society

Content

As part of the project tailor-made ressources and activities are developed including:

  • Training materials & eManual: Learning modules on “Blockchain in Supply Chains” and “Finance”
  • Use Cases: Presentation of successful blockchain applications
  • Awareness campaigns: Social media posts, success stories, and future outlooks
  • Knowledge exchange: Networking between experts from academia and practice
